My passion for cars started way back when I was just a lad. I was probably around 5 years old when I became interested in cars and from a young age, I could already distinguish between car brands and models. Mainly since my fist reading material was CAR Magazine….haha
Growing up there was quite a few cars that stood out for me and they still do, but it is just really hard to find good examples of them these days.
Here are a few cars which considered my favorites back in the day and which I still love to this day.
In no particular order:

Citi Golf 1.8 CTi
BMW 325is
BMW 333i
Mercedes-Benz 190E 2.3
Conquest 1.8 Rsi
Corolla 1.6 Rsi 20V

Opel Astra and Kadett 200TS
Volkswagen Golf III and Jetta III VR6
There are also quite a few which I consider modern-day classics which are also pretty cool:

Mercedes-Benz C230 Kompressor (Model W202)
Mercedes-Benz E55 AMG (Model W211)
Strangely I have never been a modern-day Hot Hatch guy, but if I had to choose:
Mazda 3 MPS
Opel Astra OPC GTC
Focus 2.3 Ecoboost RS
All of these mentioned just leaves a smile on my face when I see them, just sad to think in 50 years from now they all might be forgotten.
